Alexandre accommodated us at short notice (on the day) when our other Airbnb booking was cancelled. Communication was immediate and clear. It is a wonderful apartment on the second floor - spacious, airy, well equipped, and luxurious. The view onto the Palais gardens is breathtaking - we were there in autumn. The location is fantastic - within easy walking distance of the Louvre and Opera. Our 'greeter' Pierre was friendly, thorough and gave us a very warm welcome. We highly recommend Alexandre's apartment.

« This luxurious and very clean apartment is situated within 5 mins of the Louvre and has two Metro lines also within a 5 minute walk. Supermarkets, bakeries and cafes are within a few hundred metres, and Japanese visitors will love little Tokyo with superb ramen and izakaya restaurants also within a 5 minute walk. The apartment has high quality wifi and excellent TV's in each room with over a hundred muliptle languae cable channels including major English language news channels. Kitchen has a washer and dryer which served our family of five very well. Clara and her team helped us with any inquiry that we made and family rated this the best place we stayed at in Europe. We will definately stay here again. « Alexandre and Clara provided a luxurious and ideally situated apartment in the heart of Paris within 5 mins walk of the Louvre and the Seine. Excellent restaurants are nearby while the convenient location within Palais Royale offers visitors the opportunity to easily come back to take breaks during a hectic day of vists. Excellent follow up from Clara on any questions that arose and her advice and support made our visit to Paris one to remember. »

« The most perfect home in Paris! The place was extremely beautiful and had everything you needed. And it was also so big you can get lost! The location was also amazing. Right in Palais Royal! You wake up to the most amazing view. Check in and check out was perfect and punctual. Even though our flight arrived early before check in time, we were able to have access to one of the bathrooms to freshen up. Will definitely be back! »

Dates:May 6 to 16, 2014. I have rented apartments from Paris Vacation Apartments five different times. Each apartment has been very satisfactory. Last year we rented an apartment in Invalides and it was wonderful. This year I rented the apartment in Palis Royal and it was just fabulous! This is the most wonderful apartment ever! There were five of us - myself, my daughter and three of her friends (ladies 45-50 and myself). The apartment is huge, and furnished beautifully. It is typically upper class French, but more than that, the location is wonderful. We were within three blocks of the Louvre, metro station and taxi stand. The building is vintage and lovely. The decor is wonderfully French and we had a great time mostly due to the apartment being so nice and large enough that we were not stepping on each other while there. We all had our own space.
This is a huge three bedroom apartment with fabulous large bathrooms, toilet rooms, closets, computer room, a wonderfully decorated (hand painted) dining room, kitchen with eating, entrance area and a lovely large living room. The apartment overlooks the fabulous Palis Royal gardens. We had breakfast every day in the apartment, usually lunch out and dinner cooked in or eaten out. The restaurants in the area were superb. There is a wonderful restaurant just below the apartment. There is a good elevator as the apartment is on the second floor. I actually had my own "wing" of the apartment as one bedroom and bath was separated from the others by the living-dining area.
The shops in the area were great- grocery, pastry, cheese, etc. There were a couple of near shopping streets. Recommendations from the rental group were very good. It rained most of the week we visited, and we were able to dash out to the Louvre through the side door (with museum passes), see what we wanted for a couple of hours, and then return to the apartment for lunch in the area. We were able to maximize our time by returning to the taxi stand or metro for one or two other venues during the day. We felt safe in the area during the evening, walking or taxi. We hired cars and guides recommended by Paris Vacation Apartments and they were great!

Dates: December 21-29, 2013. The Palais Royal apartments are in such an amazing central location for the visitor to Paris. The apartments themselves have been wonderfully decorated to the highest standard and provide all the comforts of home, something you certainly don’t get in the typical hotel room. The PVA team always went above and beyond to make our visit trouble free and enjoyable, they couldn’t have been more helpful, before, during and after our stay. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dates: April 20-27, 2014. Six women spent a wonderful week in Paris together and much of the joy is to be attributed to the wonderful accommodation. We stayed at the Palais Royal Amazing Three Bedroom , and true to it's name the property was amazing. The apartment was quintessential Paris in its decor and architecture, much appreciated by myself as an Interior Designer and thoroghly enjoyed by the remainder of the group. The living space was huge, and we enjoyed the space to unwind after a long day of walking and shopping. The kitchen was perfect for an eat-in breakfast with all facilities and a much appreciated washing machine and clothes dryer.
We held 2 at home dinners in the dining room, there are ample food shops of every description nearby.
The position of a property so centrally located to all the tourist wants as well as feeling like a Parisian was the best I have ever experienced and I have travelled to Paris many times..
The view, Oh my goodness, to be able to part of the Palais Royale Gardens was amazing. One could enjoy reading a book whilst sitting in the window seat area overlooking this beautiful scene. Bedroom 1 is huge, although the wc suite in the ensuite is quite a few steps away in the middle of the night.. One needs to be mindful of the small step from the bedroom robe area to the bathroom as it is very easy to miss the step in the night. Wonderful to have a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 is my favorite and the wc suite is very close by as is the main bathroom. Lots of towels which was much appreciated by 6 women. Bedrooms 1 and 2 overlook the Palais Royale Gardens, bedroom 3 is the smallest with twin beds , more than sufficient, the only small consideration is this bedroom overlooks the street and can be a little noisy on a couple of nights of the week. The privacy and quiet for the remainder of the apartment is wonderful. Thank you to the PVA team for arranging pick up aat the train station and return to airport. The private drivers were always on time, polite, efficient and spoke English. It was great to be met at the apartment to explain the use of the apartment and to answer any questions. We were delighted with the value for money as a group of 6 made this stay comporable to any 5 star hotel but with a much greater ambience, more space and fun. We had a small problem with a toaster and the problem was rectified tout de suite. Overall I would give this apartment a 9.5 and am looking forward to booking next year's stay through PVA.
