Overall : Outstanding. Better than excellent. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris and the apartment was perfect for us.The Saint Germain Chic and Trendy Three Bedroom was the perfect place to stay during our family vacation in Paris. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We prepared meals in the well-appointed kitchen, and slept soundly on the comfortable beds. The bedrooms are private and quiet and it was a luxury to have three full bathrooms. The rental agency staff is very professional and they even arranged for a crib and a babysitter. The building is beautiful with lovely views of the surrounding streets and well-landscaped courtyard. Perhaps the most desirable aspect of the apartment is the location. Everything you need is within blocks of the front door including cafes, bistrots, grocery stores, shops, bakeries, cheese shops, organic markets, juice shops, coffee shops, and Laduree is just up the street. The Seine, Louvre, and Musee d'Orsay are only steps away and it is an easy walk to the Tuileries, Notre Dame, Concorde, and Rue de Rivoli. We are enthusiastic about the quality of the apartment as well as the location and we would gladly stay here on our next trip to Paris. If you want to feel like a Paris resident and have Paris at your door, this is the perfect choice.

« We loved the beautiful apartment and would stay here again! It was in a secure and convenient location and close enough to walk to restaurants and scenic parts of Paris. It is located on the third floor and there isn't an elevator but our family never complained about taking the stairs. We received a warm welcome by Pierre who had warm chocolate croissants, beautiful fresh roses and delicious wine for us (such a nice touch). We highly recommend this comfortable and beautiful apartment to others looking for a nice place to stay in Paris! »

« The apartment is in the most amazing location right in the heart of St Germain surrounded my galleries, showrooms, restaurants, cafes and shops. You can walk to the Louvre, l'orangerie, d'orsay, Musee Rodin. The apartment is filled with books, art and wonderful furnishings, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The views over the rooftops are lovely, it's even nicer than the photos shown. We loved it and didn't want to leave! »

« This is a spacious and well-appointed apartment in the fantastic Saint-Germain-des-Pres district. The location is ideal for all interests...shopping, art, restaurants, strolling, and easy access to all of the sites of Paris. Each of the three bedrooms and three bathrooms provided great comfort and privacy. The kitchen had all of the needed amenities that we needed during our stay. Though the 3 flights of stairs were a constant reminder of the need to get in better shape, they did allow us to feel like we were working off some of the great meals that we enjoyed while in Paris. I highly recommend Alexandre's apartment to all of those seeking a great place to stay while "living" it up in Paris. »

Location, Location, Location. Very close to the major museums,
restaurants, shopping stores. Very quiet neighborhood. Very Spacious
apartment with three very comfortable bedrooms. You can't go wrong
with this apartment
Dates: November 2016
The apartment is exactly how it is described - spacious, beautifully
decorated, and in a lovely area. We were communicated with well both
before and during our stay - Fanny was always willing to give us more
directions on the washer and dryer anytime we needed it - and that was
the only appliance that was at all complicated. It was the perfect
place for old friends - three couples who have been traveling together
for years. We loved every minute of it - and even got used to the 91
stairs up the the apartment. Thanks to all.
Dates: October 05-13 2016.
We'd been looking for a Paris apartment to fall in love with for years, and this was it. We appreciated the elegance of the historic building. The location was ideal. The layout and design of the apartment were beautiful, with lovely views from the windows. As fans of mid-century modern furniture, we loved the authentic pieces and the open feeling of the large space. It worked well with two of us staying there, and also provided ample room when we hosted a family of four as guests for a few days. The modern bathrooms were tasteful, especially in the master bedroom. The kitchen was both attractive and functional. Sophisticated lighting was a plus. Our greeter went out of his way to be helpful, and we were grateful for his tip about the Maison Kayser on the rue du Bac. We're eager to come back--the sooner the better. The long stair climb was the only potential downside. We hope we'll be in good enough shape to negotiate the three long flights for several years to come. It was a pleasure doing business with your firm. Thanks to all the individuals who communicated with us on a timely basis.
Overall: Excellent *****
Dates: September 2016
This apartment was great! Everything you could need to feel right at home during your stay! It was spacious and welcoming for our 3 couples and baby. The location is perfect- centrally located for all major sightseeing plus plenty of restaurants and markets around. You do have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (no elevator), the wood floors are a little squeaky (although beautiful) and there is some water damage in the bathrooms on the walls that needs to be repaired but the apartment was wonderful!
Dates: October 2015
This being our first stay in an apartment, we were delighted to stay in such a lovely house. Finding such a large flat in Paris was a pleasant surprise. Our flat was perfectly located, very tastefully decorated and was in a very classy old building. It was full of light and we had everything we needed . The only drawback was the three flights of stairs we had to climb. We were welcomed by Fred, he gave us a tour of the house and gave us all the information we needed.

Dates: September 2015. The apartment is lovely. Our hosts were responsive and there to greet us upon our arrival with flowers and wine. The location is wonderful and ordinarily quiet but for some construction across the street in Sept 2015. You do need to be fit enough to climb a lot of stairs and getting in and out of the shower in the main bedroom is challenging. But overall a well appointed apartment and great experience.
Dates: August 2015. The apartment is fabulous. It's fill with French chic and express good taste of host. Location is perfect also, from which you can walk to Louvre in 10 minutes. And Fanny, the agent who welcomed us is really kind. She helped us a lot! I love the apartment. Recommend strongly!
Dates: July 2015. We had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment was incredible. Our host Fred greeted us warmly and kindly explained the apartment as well as the area. The apartment is very spacious and has modern amenities. The location is superb and within walking distance of both the Metro and bus lines. About a ten minute walk to the Louvere. Thanks for making our trip memorable and comfortable.
Dates: June 19-28, 2015. The apartment is very spacious, almost embarrassingly so. It is well located just three blocks from the Seine, across from the Louvre. It was clean and all the many appliances worked well. The only negative, to some, would be the 92 steps up. There is no elevator. We would choose this again.

Dates: June 10-17, 2015. This is a great apartment with lots of room and bathrooms! It would work great for larger groups. The neighborhood is really fabulous, tons of little shops, close to a mono prix, eric kayser, metros, and lots of little streets to explore. It is just a short walk to the Seine, the Louvre, Tuilleries Gardens, Musee d'Orsay, and more. It's location is great because the neighborhood is quiet, but an easy walk to the bustling part of St Germain. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking. It has a lovely courtyard, which we wished had a table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine. The only downside was the stairs! It was about 93 steps up the staircase to the top, so if you have bad joints or medical issues that would be affected by climbing, I wouldn't recommend. All the steps just made us feel guilt free when enjoying macaroons and the fabulous chocolate ganache mini cakes from Eric Kayser!
