Dates: September 12-19, 2017
Overall : Excellent
My second time staying at the Invalides apartment, with the same genial greeter, Pierre, who remembered me from my last visit. Very well located, close to Rue Cler, lots of nice stores and markets in the area. The 69 bus is right across the street and takes you all through Paris, or you can walk to the nearest metro, which is also convenient. Even though the weather was spotty (unlike previous trips), there is always something to do in Paris with public transportation able to get you anywhere. The PVA service -- with that welcoming bottle of wine and croissants - is impeccable. Pierre is very charming and will orient you to everything in the apartment. Lovely bed, bathroom, etc. A nice place to come home to after a long day out and about. This is at least the 5th time I've used PVA and will always use them when visiting Paris.
Dates: November 12-20, 2016
Overall : Excellent *****
This was our second time renting this apartment. Truly a five star experience. The neighborhood is lovely. Shops, restaurants, cafes are just steps away! The apartment came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. PVA staff were brilliant and are there to answer any questions you might have and help in any way they can. We will definitely stay with them again on our next trip to Paris.

This is our second time renting this apartment from PVA. We are already planning our next trip! The apartment is in a wonderful location- we walked everywhere and the Champs de Mars is perfect for our early morning walks. The staff of PVA is incredible- kind and responsive. We hope to stay again and again. Merci!
Dates: June 7-14 2015. This is the 4th time I’ve used PVA and will continue to use their agency for my Paris vacations. My greeter, Pierre, couldn’t have been more gracious or helpful in his welcoming me (and carrying my luggage upstairs – my overall trip was a month, and I couldn’t pack as lightly as I would have liked). Also took care of ordering a taxi for me on departure. Adorable French country style kitchen, fully equipped, a comfortable and peaceful bedroom, a very nice “American” bathroom with great shower and separate washer and dryer (not a combo). There are two supermarkets very nearby, and Bus 69 right across the street which travels as far as Pere Lechaise from Rue Dominique and to the Eiffel Tower on return (Because of the oneway streets, you exit by Rue Cler on the way back, which is convenient). Unfortunately, its schedule a couple of days was quite erratic, but the Metro is about a 10 to 1 5 minute walk depending on your agility!, and you can always make your way to the Seine or Eiffel Tower which are both in fairly close proximity. There is a sofa bed which came in handy when a friend came to visit for a few days, but I found it a bit cumbersome to lower and raise, so we mainly left it down. Excellent wi-fi. Two nice living room windows where you could sit and watch the street action. Only a few blocks from Rue Cler and its markets. So now, I have stayed twice in Montmartre, once in the Marais and now in the 7th. Still trying for the 6th! And through PVA, of course!

Dates: February 17-24, 2014. My husband and I recently stayed in the "Invalides 1 Bedroom " apartment and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building with an elevator. The apartment is located on an utterly charming street in the 7th that has everything nearby including a pharmacy, 2 grocery stores, at least 4 patisseries, posh clothing stores and only a 5 minute walk to rue Cler. The 69 bus is across the street and other buses and metro stop within a 5 min walk. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the street each day as you walk. The apartment itself is very comfortable. It is exactly as pictured. the living room has a comfortable sofa, the kitchen is well equipped and I was shown how to use all the appliances but there was also a manual if you needed. I made breakfast in each morning which saved time and money. The bathroom has a shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom is modern and the entire apartment was very clean. the bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and there is a dresser as well as a closet with shelves as well as plenty of room to hang garments. There was plenty of storage space and more than enough room so our suitcases were out of the way. We had a fantastic time and a big part was due to Paris vacation Apartments for making everything so nice. Pierre-Louis who greeted us could not have been nicer, he took time explaining how everything worked, went out of his way to get me something I requested, left us special "treats" in the apartment, it made the whole process so pleasant. We can't wait to return!

Dates: October 26-November 06, 2012. This is our second time staying in a PVA apt. The photos and description of the apartment are exactly what is available in this apartment. They always responded to our emails very quickly. We really enjoyed staying in this area. There are several grocery stores, pastry shops and so many restaurants. The bus stop is right across the street and the métro about a 5 min. walk away. We would definitely return here again.
