Dates: May 25-30, 2015. I have used this company, or recommended this company to friends, for over ten years now and they are terrific! They are kind, reliable and honest. Their apartments are clean, in great locations, and come with everything you need. This apartment location can't be beat. It's in a terrific little neighborhood - near everything, but not noisy or crowded. I felt safe in the apartment and walking around the neighborhood at night. We used the local grocer, there are a few fun restaurants around the corner, and a great bakery. We went for morning runs along the Sienne and ate as much pastry as we wanted when we got home!

Dates:June 11–18 June 2014. The Apartment was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. It is quiet, spacious and light and its location is easy to access and has restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and fresh food stores close by. It is ideal for a couple to enjoy Paris. Our booking and arrival and departure arrangements were all handled efficiently and in a friendly manner by PVA. They are very good to deal with. We have rented from PVA before and hope to do so again.

Dates: September 3-16, 2014. My daughter and I loved this apartment! We arrived late and had to change flights and Fred was still there to greet us! What a lovely man he was. He was friendly and smiling and very helpful. I only needed to contact him one time and he called us right back with the information that we needed. So Nice! The apartment itself was lovely. It has so much room for a European apartment. The shower and bathtub were great after a day of walking and site seeing. The separate commode area was really nice! The appliances worked wonderful! The washer and dryer were fantastic! The dishwasher also worked well. We did get to watch BBC television which was good. I particularly liked the little elevator at the end of the day and climbed no stairs. My daughter opted for the staircase. The elevator is large enough for 2 slim people and 2 small suitcases. Not like America but much needed. The neighbors were all friendly. We were careful not to be loud at night because we did not want to disturb anyone. There is an ATM really close on Rue de Bac (2 blocks) The Lourve and the D'Orsay is close. The RER C is at D'Orsay and the Metro is at Rue de Bac. It takes about 5 minutes to get to either of them. Fred also had a taxi pick us up to take us to the airport. What a dear man! There are grocery stores and what ever you need close by. I would highly recommend this apartment and if I am in Paris again, I will stay here!

Dates: December 08-13, 2013. The apartment was lovely, well appointed, simple but elegant décor, great kitchen and high end appliances. We loved the location, just outside the more touristy area, but close enough to walk everywhere. We liked the service as well. When we arrived (on a Sunday afternoon) the lady was there to greet us and show us around, She left us with wine, water and other necessities. We liked the fresh croissants too!

Dates: November 10-17, 2013.  The apartment is in a great location. Really central to everything. The Metro and RER lines were nearby, though we preferred to walk most of the time. Eric Kayser is around the corner as well as a few neighborhood bistros. A few supermarket chains were also a 5 minute walk away and very convenient for basic necessities.
The apartment itself is newly renovated. All appliances were new and easy to use. The apartment was well-maintained and very clean when we arrived. However, the mattress in the bedroom was too soft and a bit lumpy for my liking. The bathroom was clean and the hot water and heater was welcome during the cold weather.
It was PVA's attention to detail that made our stay quite enjoyable. PVA was readily available to answer any questions we had as well as the little booklet they prepared for guests' reference.
I will always consider PVA when I come to Paris.

Dates: September 14-21, 2013. The  newly renovated apartment was beautiful and had everything you could even dream of needing including towel warmers! Fred from PVA was there to meet me and explain everything. This really helped put me at ease since this was my first trip across the pond and I was travelling alone.  Since I cannot drink red wine without getting an immediate headache I emailed ahead to let the team know, however, because the red wine is ordered ahead in batches they were not sure they were going to be able to get white wine.  Imagine my delight when I arrived and found white wine waiting for me as well as the bouquet of fabulous flowers! Because the phone company was backlogged the PVA team were not able to get the phone installed until halfway through my stay but again they went to extraordinary  lengths to put me at ease.  Fred loaned me his own Mac satellite laptop until the phone was installed and helped me master the French keyboard so I could be in touch with all my friends back in Canada right away.  When the phone went in my friends at home were excited to get calls from Paris and it was all at no extra charge.  I found the location added to the thrill of being in Paris for the first time. It was possible to walk to just about all famous sightseeing locations including the Tour Eiffel the Champs Elysees and many wonderful museums.  I could find my way back to the apartment by wandering along the Seine and counting bridges.
