Dates: April 29-May 05, 2017
We enjoyed our stay at 52 rue Mazarine very much. The apartment is nicely furnished with excellent bathrooms, very spacious light bedrooms and a nice living room/dining area. The kitchen is essentially a narrow room with a long counter, which has a sink, a 4 burner glass cooktop and a small under counter fridge. There is no oven, just a small toaster oven, toaster and microwave. Lots of glassware and crockery but this is not a kitchen to cook in, except for breakfast. Having said that, why cook in this neighbourhood? We had five very nice dinners nearby, including Il Vicolo just a little further up rue Mazarine, and a simple supper at our favourite cafe, Le Chai de l'Abbaye, on rue de Buci. Great wine/coffee spot Maison Sauvage and good bread at Paul. There was some street noise several nights due to a cocktail bar across the street but this didn't seriously hamper our enjoyment at this excellent flat, which was spotless. We also appreciated the professionalism of PVA, being greeted and oriented to the flat, and the welcoming bottle of wine and flowers!

Our apartment was excellent. I loved the area, the fact that it was spacious, close to the metro and all types of shops and restaurants. I also loved that it had wifi, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.

« Superbe expérience! L'accueil professionnel et explications très claires. L'appartement est très sympa, très bien équipé et surtout merveilleusement situé, pour visiter les musées, voir les spectacles et aussi pour vivre à la parisienne! Je recommande cet appartement à mes amis sans hésiter. »

Dates : April 11-23, 2016. Over the years, we have rented apartments in Paris eight times and I can truly say that this is the best. The rooms are much larger that most and with two full bathrooms, was very comfortable for two couples. And the location! The street was filled with art galleries, about 25 restaurants within a five minute walk and a grocery store just across the street. There are two nearby Metro stations, a bus stop very close, and a taxi stand two blocks away. But it is so close to everything, it might be better to just walk.Paris Vacation Apartments was very easy to work with in spite of the time difference between Paris and the US. Emails were promptly and thoroughly answered and we can highly recommend the firm. We were met at the apartment by Fred Douek who explained how everything worked and gave tips about the best restaurants nearby

Dates : September 10-19, 2013. When I arrived at the apartment alone as there was confusion with my 3 friends arrival gate at CDG, Rosie was waiting. She helped me get a feel for the lovely apartment, showing me what I needed to know. She also had fresh croissants waiting for us, as well as fresh flowers and a bottle of wine . Later, I found 3 pounds of coffee in the kitchen which was wonderful. In addition to the warm and generous welcome, the apartment was great. There are 2 extra large bedrooms with 2 single beds or pushed together as king size, as well as a large closet/dressing room off one of the bedrooms where we put all of our luggage for the week. There is a sink and toilet near the front bedroom and a full bath with shower through the kitchen. Despite 4 women sharing the baths, it all worked very well. The living/dining area was cozy and the kitchen great. The location is wonderful, very close to the Pont Neuf bridge and in a neighborhood full of restaurants and food stores including a small Monoprix across the street. Boulevard St Germain is just a few blocks away. I could go on and on but won't. You should enjoy this apartment and working with the Agency. We just
didn't want to leave and hope to return soon.

Dates: September 02-09, 2013. - there were two couples who stayed for a week. We were met on arrival and everything was as advertised. Great service including brekky and flowers. The apartment was large, well maintained and very central, a five minute stroll to Pont Neuf. Exceptional value and service I would rate as a 10. I'm not an easy marker but we had nothing to criticise. The info provided was spot on. We could have spent the whole week in the immediated neighbourhood.

Dates: July 15-22, 2013. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. The location is unbelievable, right off of Rue Buci where there are shops, restaurants and cafes to satisfy every need. It is close to metro and bus and walking distance to the Louvre and the heart of St. Germain. The interior was exactly as pictured, maybe even better. The apartment is bright, clean, and very well taken care of. The building is quiet and well maintained. It was a luxury to have a dishwasher and laundry. The apartment has a classic Parisien style with all of the extras you don't expect but are very happy to have. We were greeted by an agent who showed us around the apartmenr and gave us an orientation to the neighbourhood. There were fresh croissants, flowers and wine waiting for us which were a very nice touch. Our family of five (threee children ages 3,8 and 10) loved every moment of our stay in this apartment. We will be back!

Dates : June 2012. We enjoyed a wonderful week at the apartment. Paris Vacations were great to deal with, everything went well with check in, the bouquet of flowers and bottle of red were much appreciated. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, the television spoke English to us which was nice! To have our own telephone was very useful, so many places don’t have phones anymore. The wifi worked well and there was a laptop computer for our use. The apartment is in a good location we enjoyed the bars and restaurants of St Germain. The bed was comfortable and linen and towels were in adequate supply and good quality. We loved the place so much we have booked for 2 weeks next year.

Dates : January 24-30, 2012.
Our stay in the 'Lovely two-bedroom Apartment' in the St. Germain area was a pure pleasure. there were four of us, 2 adults and our 2 teenagers, and there was plenty of room. our hope in renting an apartment was to create the feel of living in Paris during our stay, not just visiting. and this place was perfect. within walking distance of just about everything, we truly felt like locals. we stopped in at the market everyday and cooked the majority of our own meals. The kitchen, though small, was well equipped and supplied us with all we needed for the week. The bedrooms were big and very comfortable. not to mention beautiful! The full bathroom was located next to the kitchen, rather than near the bedrooms, which at first seemed odd, but we got used to it. and actually, it provided some nice privacy. there was also an additional small bathroom next to the bedroom. The location was fantastic in that we were literally able to walk ALL over the city from St. Germain! we chose to do this rather than take taxis or the metro/subway because we like the sense of adventure and exploring that comes with seeing the city up close. this meant that we walked several miles everyday, which made coming back to a beautiful, comfortable apartment each evening even more pleasurable. The free wifi and phone service was a HUGE thing! great for our tech-savvy teens. Emily warmly welcomed us with flowers and the most amazing croissants from Eric Kayser. she was immeasurably helpful, as was 'the book' which was FULL of maps, restaurants and helpful information. it proved invaluable during our stay!
